Updating Office 2000

I'm receiving an error message stating " Office 2000
Service Pack 3 (English)" " Installation Unsuccessful".
I have installed the Service Pack 1 for Office with no
problems. What can I do to update?

Service pack installations generate log files (I'd guess they're in your C:\Temp
or C:\Windows\Temp directory or a subdirectory). Find the log file and read the
last several lines.
