I don't want to have to go through the Windows update procedure from the
beginning every time I reformat , also many of these update deal with
security issues so I would rather not connect to the Internet until I've
installed them.
So I'm wondering if there is a single downloadable (not CD) update file
containing all current XP updates that can be saved to disk, The same way
that antivirus companies offer update packs for their software I know there
is one for SP2 (

) but it suggests you don't use it on a single computer
