Attempting to run windows updates on XPH. Continually getting message:
"http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/CAB/x86/unicode/iuctl.CAB?38119.36402
77778 (among others) The publisher cannot be determined due to problems
below.
The Trust Provider is unknown or not configured properly."
saying YES or NO will then give the message that you are not logged on as
administrator. Well, I was, but created another user anyway, same message.
Tried MS KBA# 316524 - no luck andMS KBA# 319585, but it wouldn't lete me
delete the iuctl.dll files - didn't even bother to look for the iuengine.dll
files.
Any suggestions? About to pull my hair out!
