Updates only show after refresh

Hi,

Sometimes when I publish updates to a website they will only show if I
refresh the page. Is this a browser, server or Frontpage issue? and does
anyone know how to put it right?

Browser issue.
If you're using Internet Explorer, set it to check for newer versions on each visit.
Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet options.
On the General tab click the Settings button for Temporary Internet files, and check the
radio button for "Every visit to the page" and click Ok all of the way out.
Close and reopen IE.
