Updated Drivers

I updated to Windows XP I need 2 replacement drivers for the CDRW and DVD ROM Drives. The drivers from Roxio are cdralw2k.sys and cdr4_2k.sys. If I delete these from the computor, the drives are not reconized at start-up, but if left in I get a message that says they are not compatable and they are disabled. I Can't seem to find a patch or an updated driver to replace these anywhere. I allready urgraded my CDRW. Any help would be appricated. THANKS--RICK
