Update Query

No one answered my previous question. Probably I did not
explain clearly what I need to do.

I did a pilot study for an assessment survey and created
query files and reports based on these creries. Now I
received the real survey results and created a table in
Access. I just don't know how I can update the query
files using this new table.

My quesry format and reports are exact the same as pilot
ones. I just need to update records in requery file. Any
response will be very appreciated. Thanks.

If the query is properly designed, no "updating" is needed. A Query
simply selects fields and records from an existing table; the data in
a Query has no independent existance - it's just referring to data in
the tables.

Did you import the survey data into new table names, other than the
tables referenced in the queries? If so, you need to either rename the
tables to the old names, or edit the queries to reference the new
names.
