Update Outlook info between PC and Laptop

How can I synchronize information back and forth between my PC and my laptop.
What methods can I use, and what works best? I am a busy mom and I use my
laptop when on the go, and use the PC when in my office, but I need to be
able to transfer the info back and forth, so I don't miss and appointment or
get stuck without a contact's information. Thanks for any suggestions, I am
new to this.
