No changelog etc., couldn't find one...

Release Name: 2.2.23

Notes:
This version fixes a critical security vulnerability, an update is
highly recommended.

Changes:
New features:
- Now using Unicode internally. As result, no longer runs on Windows
9x/ME. This should fix every charset conversion issue as long as the
server supports UTF8.

Fixed bugs:
- Fix critical buffer overflow. Remote code execution might have been
possible if connecting to a malicious server.
- Fix performance issues on systems with more than one CPU.
