update error

there error come when im update windowsxp says; the
products key used to install windows is invalid. ihave
reinstall windows with other products key. because imiss
my cd recovery but still i have my original products key
comes with this computer from dealer. so help me can i
reinstall windows with other cdxp and use my original
products key
