update an opened doc ))

Hi all
here is my situation: there's a file on our LAN that can be read by
everybody and update only by 2 persons.
The problem is that no update can be done under the same file name as long
as somebody has it opened.
Is there a way to make it work ?

No. Only one person can open the document for editing at a time.
