How do I remove a toolbar that is unwanted, like an
ISEARCH toolbar?
From a post by Ramesh - Microsoft MVP:
Using ToolbarCop to remove the unwanted Toolbars, Toolbar Icons and BHO:

Look at the entries one by one in the first section "Internet Explorer
Toolbar Buttons", the items under the Tools menu & the toolbar buttons will
be listed here. Once removed the unwanted entries, click Options menu and
choose "Increase the security level for Internet Zone (Internet Explorer"
option. Then, run all of the spyware cleaners:

[Spyware removers - This part not to be skipped]
Lavasoft Ad-Aware -

SpyBot S&D -

(Spyware removers are rules-based and are updated very frequently as and
when new malware is discovered. Therefore, update ALL of these tools before
scanning, very important)
