Unwanted Toolbars

I have somehow installed a dodgy toolbar in IE6. I can temporarily remove it by right clicking in the toolbar area and then unchecking the name (which is BurnCdrom - but the buttons displayed on it all seem to be pron related). However, when I refresh a page, it just comes back. How can I permenantly remove it
