Unwanted toolbar...

After browsing on the net, the next time I started Ie6
there is this extra toolbar that I didnt download or that
I want. Its like a search bar with tabs for pharmacy,
gambling, casino, finance, insurance, adult, dating...etc.
I tried to go to the toolbar customization and remove it,
but I can't. Does anybody know how to get rid of it?
