Unwanted Taskbars

Hi, I had some of my younger relatives use my computer over the
weekend and now I have several unwanted taskbars. I have gone to add
remove and removed them but under View they are still there even
though that particular taskbar program has been removed. I have even
disabled system system resore bfore I removed taskbar program. Does
anybody know how to get them out of the view/toolbars in win xp.

AdAware (Lavasoft) is good. Spybot S&D followed by HijackThis is even
