How do I stop unwanted porn site plug-ins from automatically appearing on my Desktop every time I start my PC? and a message popping up which reads "Please wait while we prepare the plug-in". I do not want this plug-in and don't know how it got on my PC. It's very annoying, please help.

As muckshifter1 already given you ultimate solution (Equally good for any of the computer problem) but that is just a spyware activity. Just get any good anti spyware program and scan your computer. I hope it will fix your problem to some extend as you might still need to scan your PC couple of times with Anti spyware and anti virus programs.
