unwanted pop up

After login on to my computer I get the message windows
can not open this file and it give me the file number. I
don't have that file on my system. Can't I delete so this
message won't pop up every time I log on to the system?

How can I stop those annoying and unwanted pop messages.

Can't assist without more information. What file and file number?

Is the file named something like "TFTP1234," with a different
numerical sequence? If so:
