unwanted image flashes at startup

Can anyone tell me how to get this foamy image out of my startup? It's an annoying image that pops up before my hello screen and then vanishes. Where is the image in my processor? I want to rip it out of my puter! My daughter put it in with a background on my desktop, and it won't go away. Thanks

Foamy image? I don't have a clue what you mean, but you can choose any
desktop background you want. Right click an empty portion of the desktop
and click Properties then the Desktop tab. Choose a background.

Thanks for answering. I know how to change the theme background desktop, etc. The problem is this little image that's about 20X20 pixels always loads right before the welcome page and then disappears. It's character is called foamy, but that's not the point. It's a fragment from a theme that my daughter put in. When I took out the theme, this thing stayed. I just hate the thing and want to rip it out. So, I found it in my registry, and I want to know if it's safe to rip it out or not. I don't dare touch the registry by myself.

Well, I fixed it myself. I found it when I searched for files of that size. Guess I'm an expert now.
