Unwanted file placed in folder

Hello again,
There was a file downloaded illegally into a folder of
mine this morning.

Its called 'fsgxt.dll' and its put itself into my C:Drive
and the Windows folder.

I keep deleting it, but it comes straight back. Also, I
cannot do a search anymore from the Address bar on
Internet Explorer.

Can anyone help me out?

Have you virus-checked your system with the latest definitions for your AV
program and checked for any spyware that may be on your system:
