Unwanted Favorites

I get unwanted favorites that show up. I delete them and
then shut down the computer, restart and then they
reappear. I would like to get rid of them for good. My
home page seems to change on it's own as well. I set it
and then it changes to drusearch.com. How can change this
permanently
