If you are talking about spam; you can't. The unsubscribe links are probably
false anyway and pressing them would only confirm your address. Are they not
being picked up by the Junk E-mail filter already? If your ISP also offers
server-side filtering, then enable that so you won't have to download them
in Outlook.
