Unwanted common window on startup

I have the Common File task pane on startup all of a sudden. I researched
this site and the only mention I could see was to check the below out. Mine
is set properly as stated here. Any other ideas? Thanks for looking at my
problem.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
