Untraceable Folder

Using Symantec Antivirus, several 'Adware' threats were
uncovered. These are located in a folder
named "C:\RECYCLERS", but this folder cannot be located,
even when search is set to use all the advanced options.

How can I get to this folder?

That's the recyle bin. It's a system folder and thus should not be
deleted/or tampered with. Just empty the recycle bin and the adware
threats should be gone.
