unsure where to download from

I am having some difficulty deciding where to download from as there are so many sites to choose from, I want the safest and the fastest one, I don't fancy leaving the pc on for 4 days just for a 3 minute track.
 
Purchase a T3 connection to the Net, then you'll get
files faster than you can blink your eyes.
