unsolicited pop up windows!

Please Help!!! I am going crazy with these unsolicited
pop up windows!!! Is there really no windows XP setting
that can eliminate the very annoying windows that vex
me??? I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

You need to download Spybot or Ad-Aware. Either one should fix your
problem. You can find them at www.pcworld.com among many other places.
