S sunny Jun 3, 2009 #2 Thanks Dave. I have seen the Review tab| Changes group and have seen the Share workbook option. How exactly do I unshare the workbook. Office 2003 usually had the unshare option along with the share workbook option

D Dave Peterson Jun 4, 2009 #3 Click that button to share or unshare and you'll see that same dialog that you saw in xl2003 menus. Then uncheck the checkbox.
