i have done both adaware and norton scan but nothin turns up. I do keep getting such mails which were never sent by me as either rejected or cannot be send due to the attachment being a virus i use ie6 to check my mails
can anyone plz help

Hi,

Your email address is likely being used to spoof the sending address by some
virus. Ignore the rejects, as there is not much you can do to prevent the
notices beyond setting up filters to delete them (how you do this, or if you
can, depends on your email client).

Just today, I started receiving a similar BATCH (I do mean BATCH...several
appeared at once a couple of times) of return mail I have not sent. I am
using Outlook experss, and I just went into message rules and set a rule for
blocking.
