Unsending an Email

Is it possible to retract an email message sent out on
Outlook? If so, what are the instructions to do so?
And if you can reply directly to my email address, that
would be great.

Nope, you can't do it unless you're connected to Exchange server internally.

Go to Sent Items, open the message you want to recall. On the Actions menu
select "Recall this Message."

Keep in mind that it only works under a very specific set of circumstances
so don't be surprised if it fails.
