Unsave changes?

I wrote a paper, made some crazy changes and deletions (don't ask...), then
accidentally saved them. Is there any way to get my paper back to the way it
was yesterday, before I added the crazy changes and deletions?

If you did not close the document, you can use Undo. If you closed the
document, then your only hope is that you might have checked the "Always
create backup copy" box under Tools>Options>Save AND you only saved the
document once.
