Unresponsive Error:unable to load configurative files

Has anyone tried to sign onto Southwest Airlines DING! program and receive
this error? I have tried for 3 days to figure out what to do and am almost
about to give up. Thanks
 
FWIW, Ding never worked on any XP system I have. So, I gave up <w>

Is there a firewall blocking access to the site? If so, add Ding to the
firewall exceptions list.
