J JE McGimpsey Feb 25, 2004 #2 If your checkboxes are from the Forms toolbar, make sure that the cells they're linked to are not locked (Format/Cells/Protection, uncheck the "locked" checkbox). You should then be able to check or uncheck the checkboxes.
