Small business server 2003 running exchange 2003
The client is Outlook 2003 running in cached mode.
I've created a mailbox called 'sales' on the server and
would like the two principals in this business to be able
to access it.
I logged onto the sales mailbox and setup delegate access
for the two principals. I did this from Tools, Option,
Delegates. I made them both editors of all options. I
unchecked "delegate receives copies of meeting-related..."
I checked "delegate can see my private items"
I logged out of the sales mailbox.
Then I logged in as one of the users who was just given
delegate access.
I went to tools, e-mail accounts, chose Microsoft eXchange
server. Clicked change and then More settings. Then I
chose advanced, clicked add and added the 'sales' mailbox.
I logged out of outlook and logged back in,

Um, the Outlook version, Exchange version, do you have delegate access only
to the folder or at the root of the mailbox, you mean missing things like
that so that someone could figure out what you are talking about and offer
assistance?
