Say the email addy given is (e-mail address removed)

Remove the "SPAM," or the unmunged email addy is (e-mail address removed)

One small problem : how do I know which to remove ? I guess through trial
and error, I'll find out which. Right ?

It is usually obvious, if someone wants their email addy unmunged.

The objective of email address munging, is to prevent spam bots from
harvesting your real address. For a human the deception is, and should be,
quite easy to spot.

I haven't seen you post in a long time ! :-)

Theoretically yes. Here is the example
(e-mail address removed) I would have removed "notreally ". Right
? I did that , e-mail won't go through.( The " j.c.huang " is fictitious,to
protect the id of the real person. I used it just for example sake.) so, any
idea ?
