"UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME" When booting from floppy

When I am booting From Windows XP SP1 Boot disks, on a
laptop without windows installed. Right after I insert disk 6,
it says:
"UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME"

The tech info is

0x000000000)
