unmountable boot volume

Please, someone, help...... I can't start the computer due to an unmountable boot volume on my windows xp. This is the second time it happened. The first time it was under warranty, but now, the manufacturer can't help. where can I get a setup disk? Can't find one at Microsoft.com

Please give us a little more information. What manufacturer? All OEM
machines must have a way for you to recover Windows, whether with an
operating system disk, a Restore Disk, or an image on a special
partition on the hard drive (HP). Post back with this information, as
well as any other details about your system you think might be helpful.
