Unload Outlook 2003 process

I have a few problems related to the fact that the Outlook 2003 process does
not unload when the user exits Outlook. There are no add-ins besides the
standard Exchange add-ins. The system is XP pro (fully patched) Any ideas?

Thanks. Althought I didn't have any of the COM add-ins there was a link to a
nice utility that forces the Outlook process to exit.
