unkown files in my documets

I have 3 files in my documents which I did not create. these are
winxp001.GHS, winxp002.GHS, winxpghost.GHO. They are big files, each 1.9
gega. I don't want them in my documents folder, but I don't know what to do
with them
 
Hi Ahmed,

These files are Symantec Ghost Disk Image Files. If you are using this
application for creating computer images and backing up your files, it is
better that you safe them. Otherwise delete them.

Do you use (or have you used in the past) Symantec Ghost?
