I cannot install a Lexmark 74/75 all-in-one printer or a
HP PSC 2410xi all-in-one printer because I get an error
that displays in the hardware wizard stating "An error
occurred during the installation of the device - The
specified port is unknown." Lexmark support spent over 3
hours on it (with no resolution) and I can't get HP
support on the line (what else is new). Of course, both
printers are connected via USB. Has anyone experienced
similar problems? Does anyone have any ideas?
