Unknown Folder

I have recently noticed an empty folder on my computer and was wondering if
it is a windows installed folder. The folder is D:\My
Installations\datalink. The folder is dated 16/07/2006. I recently had to
reinstall windows on the 12/07/2006 due to a virus infection.

Does anyone recognise this folder and can I delete it?
