Unknown Firewall

I seem to be running under a firewall, but cannot identify it
and it's keeping me from accessing my website "Control" menu.

It is NOT the one in the XP network settings dialog and I do
NOT have a 3rd party program like ZoneAlarm, etc.

Anyone have any ideas on how to find if another firewall
program is running.

Paul,

Is your PC connected to the Internet through a hardware router? That should
have a built-in firewall.

NO it isn't -- unless my ISP has changed something --
I have a single, home PC with cable internet service.
