Unknown Files

i have encountered quite a number of folders and files in the C:/Windows section. there are some of which tat are empty but i am not sure wat are the files or folders that i can delete to save space. Thank you! Btw how do i get rid of pop-ups?
 
Go to www.tucows.com. Here you can download freeware like System Mechanic 4
(path: download software,Windows, System and Utilities, 8 Sytem
maintenance). Mechanic 4 has a very good working pop-up blokker and a lot
more.
