Unknown file at LogOff/ShutDown

This file " IsbeJEjuMq40Jysohpxe6A24+def... " appears very briefly
almost everytime I turn off my computer and I am unable to open the
window large enough to see the remainder of its name. A registry and a
files and folders search brings no results. Deleting all cookies
internet files and trash immediatly before shutdown have no effect.
Microsoft, HP, Ask, Copernic and Google searches bring no results.
Spyware and virus scans also bring no hint. I see nothing in the task
list that relates to it. Any thoughts or similar sightings???
 
Do you get the same msg if run in safe mode then shutdown?
What AV and spyware apps are you running?
