Unknown exe-files began to appear in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 system folder from
yesterday. They have presumably accidental names, for example,
uxmdqdftec.exe, rgntqvvfce.exe, except first which was norton2001.exe. All
of them have equal size - 22016 b and all of them are hidden. Some of the
files trys to reach my network, but ZoneAlarm stops them. Is it viruses? But
Norton AV shows nothing.

Thanks in advance

Check the properties of all the suspect files. You could
have a Trojan or worm.

Try scanning for Adware/Spyware/etc. - Your AV program protects against
virus. Unfortunately there is more garbage out there to cripple a computer.

Two excellent programs for this:
Spybot - http://www.safer-networking.org
Ad-aware - http://www.lavasoft.de/
