Unknown App

Help Please,
When ever I close windows I get a message saying "TRSDKd ww" is
closing. This process takes 20 or 30 seconds and then windows closes
fine. I've done a search for TRSDKD and nothing shows up in Google or
HotBot. Does anyone know what this is?
