Unknown and Suspicious Process

One of my PC's (XP Pro) is running a process called algoddj.exe I can find
no information on this and given it's name I am rather suspicious. Any one
got any ideas what this could be? Is it malicious? If I stop the process it
does not seem to effect anything else, but it does recommence at restart.
