As soon as I boot up my WinXP PRO, I go out to several sites. I understand
why I'm going to 207.46.66.254, but what puzzles me is why svchost.exe goes
out to 64.4.21.188 which is MS Hotmail? I don't have anything installed
that I'm aware of that would use that service to go there and I don't have a
hotmail account either.

Any suggestions or explanations welcome.

Have some fun with it. Block and see what breaks. HotMail is linked
with a few other derivative services such as Messenger, Passport,
NetMeeting, Remote Assistance.
