Hello, is there any way I can specify a password that would let me access
ALL user accounts, so that any account can be logged on using either the
users' personal password OR an administrator password? Also what is the
purpose of having the userfriendly user control panel that allows you to
specify a user as an Admin or limited? I don't really see much difference
between the two.

TIA!

No this would be a monstrous breach of security. If you need access to some
ones data you could take ownership of it and reset the security permission
on it. Or you could change their account password to something you know.
Either way this is a big security change and should not be done without good
reason

See the Help and Support for description of Limited User accounts
