United States of America to USA

You can just type USA if you wish. You don't have to choose what the
drop-down gives you.
 
Right, I do end up having to do that to most of the contacts when other users
in the company choose United States of America from the drop down list. FYI
- we need them to read USA for another program that we have to export to and
it recognizes USA only, so its just very time consuming to do it that way and
it would be much easier to just have the 1 option on the list that we need.
 
To fix the existing ones without it being so time consuming - use the group
by box in any Table view, group by Country. Drag those in the group United
States of America into the Group USA. Ta Da. Done in 10 seconds.
