Hi,
could anyone help me with a problem that I think has been caused by the installation of updates.
I have listed my latest updates from the Windows Update history screen but do not know where to find them & how to uninstall them to see if they were in fact the cause of my problem.
I would also like to know what possible consequences might occur as a result of the uninstall.
thanks
Colin

If you know which update you want to uninstall and if the update can be
uninstalled, the update will be listed in Control Panel, Add/Remove
Programs. You can uninstall from there.

What happens depends upon which update you uninstall.

Go to Windows\$NTUNinstallKB#####
where #### is the number of the update, go to the spuninst folder and
click on the spuninst executable, it will uninstall the update.
However, this could leave your system vulnerable to Internet worms,
like the recent sasser worm.

Good luck
