Help!
I was told by a support tech level II that I have my IE 6
corrupted, and he recommended to uninstall and re-install.
We tried everything, applied latest version,
updates,patches, etc.
It happens that I am NOT able to access one web page (a
citibank one) with IE. However, I AM able to do it with
Netscape, in the same computer.
Also, I AM able to access it from a second computer @
home with the same IE (but in the second computer).
so, bottom line, the web page is OK, looks like the IE in
MY computer is not.
HELP, please!!!

Thanks,

J

I HAD THE IDENTICAL PROBLEM---I would sign in and the
program would go to the next address login2/login. I froze
at that point. A Citibank Tech told me change my
username/password. When I did that I would come to the "I
AGREE." I would click on "I AGREE" but again the program
froze.

I finally installed "Netscape 7.1" and set it up as my HOME
PAGE. I went to Control Panel, Internet Options, Home Page
and typed in Netscape.com This made Netscape my HOMW PAGE.
I listed typed in citibankonline.com When Citibank came up
I listed CITIBANK under 'BOOKMARKS." I am moving most of
my I.E. favorites to Bookmarks in Netscape.
