Unintentional Redirect

I'm not so sure it's a problem, but my system is acting
kind of funny. I'm setup to do searches from the 'Address
Window' using Google; however, if the search takes too
long (10 or 15 seconds), I'm redirected
to 'perfectnav.com' This is a search page that promises
to do miracles. Is there a way to disable this, or is
this normal? Please help. Thanks
